4 FUNCTION ROOMS AVAILABLE TO HIRE FOR EOFY EVENTS

Our iconic Aussie pub, established in the mid-1800s, has long been a cherished gathering spot for celebrating significant occasions with good food and great drinks. The Terminus, with its history of significant renovations, now features a sprawling beer garden, cozy craft beer bars, inviting on-street dining, and a contemporary restaurant. We provide a variety of versatile function spaces, including a dedicated private function room on the first floor, making it an ideal venue for hosting End of Financial Year functions. Whether it’s a formal corporate event or a casual team gathering, our venue can cater to all your EOFY celebration needs.

LEVEL ONE

70 SEATED / 100 COCKTAIL

Located on the first floor of the venue, our dedicated event space boasts a private bar, leather furnishings and polished floor boards. This function room offers the flexibility to be divided into two rooms, or one large all inclusive event space. The function room features two large smart TV’s plus AV & microphone capabilities. Live entertainment is welcome in this space.

THE CORNER BAR

40 SEATED / 60 COCKTAIL

The Corner Bar is your quintessential public bar set up for functions and events; full of character & charm. Set with a polished brass bar top, hanging pendant lights, rustic dry bars & the best bartenders around, this event space perfect for casual functions.

THE BEER GARDEN

80 SEATED / 50 – 200 COCKTAIL

Featuring two permanent, weather-protected marquees, festoon lights, hanging greenery & exposed bluestone, this space has everything you want in a beer garden. Exclusive & section bookings are welcome in this area, pending your number of guests. Use of the ‘Termi Trailer‘ pop up bar is complimentary for private Beer Garden Events.

THE COURTYARD

20 SEATED / 50 COCKTAIL

Available for semi-private events, the Courtyard is abundant with natural light and hanging greenery. While the function space cannot be booked for private events, it is the perfect spot for a casual get together in a weather proof space with an outdoor feel.

QUEENS PARADE

80 SEATED / 100 COCKTAIL

Bask in the open air, sunshine and ambiance of outdoor dining. The Queen’s Parade Dining area is perfect for small gatherings or large exclusive celebrations.
