Whisky & Dreams 2025 brings together whisky lovers, curious newcomers, and distillers for an immersive day of tasting, storytelling, and celebration. Whisky & Dreams is more than just a tasting event – it’s a celebration of flavour, craftsmanship, and the people behind every bottle.
With two sessions available on August 16th, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
For $120 a ticket, experience 3 hours of unlimited whisky tastings as well as access to hundreds of independent bottlings and Australian whiskies. Also included in the ticket price is a burger, a Crystal Spiegelau Whisky glass, a lanyard, a Whisky glass holder and a Whisky & Dreams tote bag.
VIP Experience
For those seeking an extra decadent experience, join us in Cinder for our VIP experience.
For $250 experience a 4-course chef’s table set menu in Cinder’s private dining room, each course paired with an exclusive VIP-only whisky not available to general admission ticket holders.
With access to the Whisky & Dreams tasting area between courses, and 3 hours of unlimited whisky tastings as well. You’ll also receive a Crystal Spiegelau Whisky glass, a lanyard Whisky glass holder and a Whisky & Dreams tote bag.
