White Rabbit was born to be different. Intrigued the curious and challenged by the wonderous.
They’re playful, inventive and full of questions. And those questions have led them down some pretty interesting paths, each more delicious than the last. Their open fermenters lead creative thinking in the brewery allowing them to play with a variety of ingredients and embrace the weird and wonderful to create ales with unique and complex characters and aromas.
Opening their doors in Healesville in 2009 with the original brew kit from Little Creatures Fremantle, before settling in Geelong in 2015, White Rabbit has been pushing the boundaries of what a beer style can be for over a decade.
White Rabbit has been experimenting with sour beers for almost 10 years and one of the first styles that captivated them was Flanders Red. Come join Ambassador and Certified Cicerone Ryan Loft for a journey into the style, through tasting the latest batch of the cult favourite Sour Red and a Vertical tasting of 3 Sour Red Grand Cru including the newly released 2021 vintage, plus their latest limited release Pana Chocolate Stout.
